Good product while I needed it. The auto renewal caught me off-guard. I can't be sure if a renewal notice was sent - I could've deleted it by accident. Anyhow, during the time I used the product the only hiccup I experienced was with the Usage Log - it would show up with no entries when I knew for sure the computer Safe Eyes was installed on was being used. It baffled your Tech Support guys but I can't remember if it ever got resolved - I think it might've. Shane,
